Yes, all pilots in our network are FAA Part 107 certified and carry commercial liability insurance. We thoroughly vet each pilot before allowing them on our platform, verifying their certifications, insurance coverage, and operational history. You can request proof of insurance for any booking.

Booking & Scheduling

For standard bookings, we recommend booking at least 2-3 days in advance to ensure the best pilot match and availability. Same-day or next-day bookings may be possible depending on your location and pilot availability, though additional rush fees may apply.

For emergency services, we offer rapid deployment with pilots often on-site within 2-4 hours.

Yes, you can cancel or reschedule your booking:

48+ hours before: Full refund
24-48 hours before: 50% refund
Less than 24 hours: No refund
Weather-related: Full refund, free reschedule

You can reschedule at any time at no charge, subject to availability.

No, you don't need to be present during the flight. Once you've provided access instructions and any gate codes, our pilot can complete the mission autonomously. You'll receive real-time updates through your dashboard and be notified when the mission is complete.

However, you're welcome to observe if you'd like to watch the operation in person.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, and bank transfers for enterprise clients. Payment is processed securely through our platform at the time of booking.

Safety is our priority. If weather conditions (rain, high winds, poor visibility) prevent a safe flight, we'll notify you immediately and reschedule at no additional cost. Weather-related cancellations receive a full refund or free reschedule—your choice.

Mission duration varies by service type and property size:

Residential roof inspection: 20-30 minutes
Small commercial property: 30-60 minutes
Agricultural field (up to 40 acres): 60-90 minutes

Your booking confirmation will include an estimated mission duration.

Standard operations are conducted during daylight hours with good visibility. Night operations require special FAA waivers and are available for select services (like emergency response) at additional cost.

Most drone operations cannot safely occur in rain, heavy fog, or winds exceeding 25 mph. We'll always prioritize safety and reschedule if conditions aren't suitable.

No! We believe in transparent pricing. The price you see is the price you pay. There are no hidden setup fees, fuel charges, or travel fees within our standard service areas.

The only potential additional charges are for rush delivery, remote locations, or FAA waiver requests for special operations—and we'll always inform you of these upfront.

Payment is collected at the time of booking to secure your appointment. For enterprise clients with established accounts, we offer invoicing with net-15 terms. Enterprise clients may also prepay annually for a 3% discount.
